What makes Borosil glassware different from regular glass?
Borosil glassware is made from high-quality borosilicate glass, which is designed to withstand extreme temperatures. Unlike regular soda-lime glass, our products are oven-safe, microwave-safe, and resistant to thermal shock, meaning they won't crack when moving from the fridge to the microwave.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Most orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Depending on your location, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days. You will receive a tracking link via email and SMS once your package has been dispatched.
Are MyBorosil appliances covered under warranty?
Yes, all MyBorosil appliances come with a standard manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 to 2 years depending on the specific product. You can register your warranty online through our 'Warranty Registration' page using your invoice details.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
Is it safe to use Borosil products in the dishwasher?
Yes, our glassware and stainless steel range are 100% dishwasher safe. However, for our electrical appliances, only the detachable non-electrical components should be cleaned in a dishwasher.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes across India for orders below a certain value.
