Are MyBorosil appliances covered under warranty?

Yes, all MyBorosil appliances come with a standard manufacturer's warranty ranging from 1 to 2 years depending on the specific product. You can register your warranty online through our 'Warranty Registration' page using your invoice details.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy for unused products in their original packaging. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it to our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.

Is it safe to use Borosil products in the dishwasher?

Yes, our glassware and stainless steel range are 100% dishwasher safe. However, for our electrical appliances, only the detachable non-electrical components should be cleaned in a dishwasher.
